a.  Including testimonials, endorsements, before and after images, and first person accounts.

b.  Assets must be uploaded in a form which is not editable.  A link to a web page hosted by the advertiser is preferred.  Other acceptable methods include HTML and PDF files. 

c.  All testimonials, endorsements, before and after images and first person accounts must be verified through:  i) an affidavit or release from the person providing the testimonial; ii) a sworn affidavit from the advertiser; or iii) Verified Credible or other credible independent third party verification service.  If a photo representation of a testimonial is a stock image this must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in close proximity to each presentation of the image(s).

d.  All assets will be reviewed for false geo – targeting, false limited time and supply claims, advertorial, weight loss, non – weight loss health and trial offer requirements.
