What is Clickbooth Rewards?

The Rewards program allows affiliates to quickly earn points based on volume done through the network that can be redeemed for the most exciting, premium gifts imaginable. With an almost infinite choice of products and this rewards program is unlike any other!


How do I become a member of the Rewards Program?

Joining Clickbooth's Rewards program is easy! All active Clickbooth affiliates in the Gold, Platinum, or cb:Black level are eligible to participate in the Rewards program. Members must have $20,000 in revenue earned over a 12 month period to be eligible to redeem points.


Is there a fee to join the Rewards program?

No, Rewards membership is free. 


How do I earn Rewards points?

As a member of the Clickbooth network, you will be rewarded for ALL traffic you send through Clickbooth. The more traffic you send, the more rewards you will earn. Periodically there will be special promotions running that will allow you to receive additional points. Contact your sales representative if you would like to inquire about how to upgrade your Clickbooth account to receive more points.


How are Rewards points calculated? 

Points are calculated based on your affiliate tier - Gold, Platinum or cb:Black. The higher your tier status the more rewards points you receive! Contact your sales representative if you would like to inquire about how to upgrade your Clickbooth account to receive more points.


How can I check my Rewards point balance?

Your rewards points are automatically tracked for you. At the top of the site you can see your available points. If you do not have available points, this will display your pending points. By clicking available/pending points you are able to view your point overview. All points earned for one month's worth of traffic will become available on the 16th of the following month.


How long does it take for Rewards points to appear in my account?

Your points become available for redemption 16 days after the end of the month [i.e. Revenue earned from January will become available on February 16th]. Points earned from revenue the previous month will show in your account as ‘Pending Points’. You will see pending points in your account within 3 business days after running traffic through Clickbooth. Pending points are then updated every 3 days going forward.


Do Rewards points expire?

Yes, the expiration date will be 12 months after the points become available. You will receive a notice when your points are nearing expiration.


Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn in one year?

No, there is no limit. The more traffic you run with Clickbooth, the more points you earn!


What if I have multiple Clickbooth accounts?

Your points will be totaled under one affiliate account. If you are having trouble identifying that account contact your Clickbooth Affiliate Executive for assistance.


Can I transfer my Rewards to a different Clickbooth account?

Yes. If you would like to have your points totaled under a different Clickbooth affiliate account, please contact your Clickbooth Affiliate Executive and provide the preferred affiliate ID.


How will I receive my gifts?

Based on your available points, place an order for the product of your choice. Please note that shipping and handling is included in the point value for the product and may vary based on your shipping location. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been fulfilled. You should expect your product in 4-6 weeks time.


What types of products can I get with my points?

You can redeem points for all types of rewards. The latest electronics and technology gadgets, home appliances, cars, motorcycles, watches, jewelry and more are all available to you.


How do I redeem my Rewards?

Redeeming your rewards are quite simple. Based on your available points, add products of interest to your cart. Please note that points for shipping and handling will be deducted at checkout based on the value of your product and shipping location. Make sure that you accept the terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been fulfilled. You should expect your product in 4-6 weeks.


What if I don't see exactly what I want? Can you get the product for me?

Absolutely YES! Just send us a message at rewards@clickbooth.com. We will work to add the product to our catalog.


Do I pay separately for shipping and handling?

For each redemption, there will be points deducted for shipping and handling. The number of points deducted will depend on shipping location and product value. Shipping and handling is always deducted in the form of rewards points and will not require you to pay a dollar value.


How long does it take to receive my reward?

You should expect to receive your product in 4-6 weeks time.


Can I have my rewards rushed?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer expedited shipping. You should expect to receive your product in 4-6 weeks time.


I am an international client, can I still participate and receive rewards?

Yes! We will ship products worldwide. 


Can I provide a different shipping address from what is on my CB account?

Yes, once your redeem your points, you will be given the opportunity to enter the address you wish to ship your product.


Can I sell or give my Rewards points to another party?

No. Rewards points may only be redeemed by the member the rewards were issued to. Rewards are non-transferable.


Can I purchase points?

At this point, that option is not available. We will inform you if that function becomes available.


What if I need to return or exchange a gift? What do I do to return it?

Every product has it’s own return policy. If you are within the return guidelines, you can e-mail us rewards@clickbooth.com to initiate the return. You will be emailed a Returned Materials Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. Follow the instructions and exactly and we will process your return promptly. Expect 3-4 weeks to fully resolve the issue once the product has been returned.


What if I need to return my gift, what happens to my Rewards balance?

Clickbooth wants customers to be fully satisfied with their products, so returns are no problem and they are subject to individual product return policies. The net result is after the return has been processed and verified, your points will be reinstated. This process will take 3-4 weeks from the time the product has been returned.


What if I have not received my reward after the expected delivery date?

You should expect your product in 4-6 weeks time. If you have not received your reward in this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Team at rewards@clickbooth.com for assistance.


Will Clickbooth provide a 1099-MISC form on rewards for tax purposes?

Yes, if you are eligible to receive a 1099 form from Clickbooth, you will receive a 1099-Misc form for all redeemed rewards in the calendar year before January 31st of the following year. Redeemed rewards will be listed in the fair market value of the products received. Clients are issued a 1099 if you have received over $600 in revenue from Clickbooth during the calendar year (including the fair market value of the rewards), reside in the United States, and are not classified as a corporation for tax purposes. Consult your tax professional regarding instructions on how to file and claim rewards for tax purposes.


What if I file taxes quarterly?

Clickbooth issues 1099-Misc forms for redeemed rewards annually before January 31st of the following year. Consult your tax professional for instructions on how to file redeemed rewards quarterly. If you need an estimate of the redeemed rewards’ value, consult your tax professional on the best approach.
